For your peace of mind all of our parcels are sent out using a tracked and fully insured service,  once orders are made (see our homepage for current lead-times).

• All parcels are dispatched via courier once they have been made.
• All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
• Our couriers operate between 7am and 7pm, however on occasion they may operate outside these hours depending upon the area of delivery.
• Our courier may provide a guaranteed time for delivery, please look out for an email or SMS confirming your delivery slot.
• Shipping is £8.50 for all orders up to £250, where after it is free.
• Some UK regions do cost extra to ship to and therefore if you live in one of those areas we may charge more for shipping.
• We only ship goods in England, Wales and Scotland following changes in cosmetic law and legislation due to Brexit. Please do not order if your business operates in Northern Ireland, Rest of Europe or further overseas.
